Samantha Milligan

Samantha has been passionately serving the business-to-business community for over 17 years, predominantly in the fields of sales and marketing. her first experience as a digital marketer was for Columbus Networks in 2006. She was a digital ad sales specialist who sold online advertising to school districts and educational facilities across North America.

Columbus Networks sent her to Austin Texas to open their U.S. headquarters and to hire, train and establish their American team. She has since spent the last 15 years in the fields of sales, publishing, digital marketing and business development, with an emphasis on real estate marketing.

Her earliest experience in real estate marketing was in 2008, when I was the National Sales & Marketing manager for Homes & Land Magazine. She proudly grew that publication from 63 to 128 pages while simultaneously obtaining her real estate license. In 2011, I launched my own publication, The Kelowna Shopping Guide, then successfully franchised and sold in 2013. Shortly thereafter, she acquired a Digital Signage Network now called Mission TV missiontv.ca.

In 2014 she founded OMG Web Development & Design Inc., a boutique digital marketing agency which has brought to market and grown several national brands.

OMG’s clients include GCI, a Mergers and Acquisitions company out of Toronto, Newlook Capital, a private equity fund in Burlington, Visland Media, a television production company in Kelowna, Vitatek Solutions, a national disinfectant E-Commerce company, and many more.

She helped Randy Lennon found the Kelowna chapter of Valhalla Angels. An Angel Investment Club in Kelowna that was expanding from Alberta. She was the General Manager of the local chapter and their National Sales & Marketing Manager for several years. During this time, she became passionate about the private equity space, start-ups and Angel Investing.

In 2016, she acquired The Downtown Business Center, a failing office rental business in downtown Kelowna which I have since grown to over 3 different office centers. She continue to own and operate The Downtown Business Center and OMG Web Development & Design, both of which are independently managed, so that she can focus on growing her passion in Commercial Real Estate.
